Hula Hooping

Hey there bloggers and internet goers!

I have just found the best stress reducer...hula hooping! There are so many hoopers out there willing to share what they know, which is great! I’m just another testimonial how hooping lessens anxiety, decreases depressive states, and just plain builds character! I love it, seriously. One thing though, if you want to start and don’t know what size—I did a ton of research and discovered that starting with a heavy one with a larger diameter are best. As far as knowing what size, start with a diameter that reaches to your belly button or a bit higher, then experiment from there. No one can tell you the exact measurement or how to find the perfect fit—just warning ya! I have purchased three and made three—all different sizes. I also made one for my mother and sister. Fun stuff! I am going to where there is sun, shade, and space to practice!

Try hula hooping. You might like it! (Even males hula hoop!)
